<P>NICOSIA, CYPRUS – March 6, 2023 – QIWI plc (NASDAQ and MOEX: QIWI) (“QIWI” or the “Company”), a leading provider of cutting-edge payment and financial services in Russia and the CIS, today announced that Tatiana Zharkova has resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective from 3 March, 2023.</P>

<P>Ms. Tatiana Zharkova has served as our non-executive director since August 2020 and a member of the Compensation Committee and the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee. The position will remain vacant for the time being. New appointment will be announced in due course.</P>
