Issue of Series 227 USD 3,000,000 Share Linked Guaranteed Notes (Autocall Standard Notes with SPS Fixed Coupon) due 2023, ISIN XS2411649424

issued by BrokerCreditService Structured Products plc (The "Issuer")

(The "Notes")

All capitalised terms used in this notice and not defined herein shall have the meanings and constructions ascribed to them in the terms and conditions of the Notes (the 'Conditions') and in the Final Terms in respect of the Notes dated November 19, 2021 (the 'Final Terms').

The Issuer hereby notifies Noteholders that Market Disruption Event exists in relation to the following Shares (Affected Item): (ISIN US55315J1025) MMC Norilsk Nickel PJSC (https://www.londonstockexchange.com/stock/MNOD/pjsc-mmc-norilsk-nickel/company-page) which and is material in the opinion of the Calculation Agent. And therefore constitutes a Market Disruption Event and 1 December 2023 therefore is a Disrupted Day for purposes of the Valuation Date definition.

Valuation Date for each Share affected (each an "Affected Item") by the occurrence of a Disrupted Day shall be the first succeeding Scheduled Trading Day that is not a Disrupted Day relating to the Affected Item. Unless each of the number of consecutive Scheduled Trading Days equal to eight (Specified Maximum Days of Disruption as it is indicated in point 45 item xx of the Final Terms). In which case the Calculation Agent shall determine the relevant price or value using, in relation to the Affected Item, a price determined using its good faith estimate of the value for the Affected Item.
