The Issuer hereby notifies the Noteholders that following occurrence of Market Disruption Event on the Valuation Date and on each consecutive Scheduled Trading Day, number of which is equal to Specified Maximum Days of Disruption, the last such consecutive Scheduled Trading Day is deemed to be the Valuation Date in respect of of (ISIN NL0009805522) Yandex NV, notwithstanding the fact that such day is a Disrupted Day, Calculation Agent has determined the relevant price for ISIN (ISIN NL0009805522) Yandex NV as USD 18.94 as of May 22, 2023, the purposes of coupon valuation of the Issue of Series 90 USD 2,000,000 Share Linked Notes (Autocall Standard Notes with Snowball Digital Coupon) due 2023 (ISIN XS2158465802).
